I've earned high NPS and management scores for having an empathetic, yet focused-on-results approach. I build teams that achieve goals, want to evolve to help the company improve, and feel valued. I guide the strategy and coach from behind the scenes, making sure my team shines. ​I am also a great marketer who is both analytical and creative, and strategic and tactical.  I am also an expert at marketing planning and establishing new departments since I excel at bringing organization and efficiency to ways of working.

I am a mother to three boys. I've raised them to be adventurous and love the outdoors. We kayak, SUP, cross-country ski, downhill ski, hike, ride bikes, go caving, go rock climbing, etc. We love the mountains, beaches, forests and lakes and enjoy visiting new places. ​
